When you get started, we will guide you through creating the initial account(s), but for reference, before you contact us about future accounts you should follow these steps:
Make sure everyone who needs an account has generated an SSH key pair and has an OpenSSH format public key ready, then raise a ticket with the following information for each new user:
- Full name
- Email address for the account
- Job title
- SSH public key (NOT the private key, this should be kept safe)
You should allow one UK business day for your accounts to be generated.
Note: Client admins can manage their own accounts via the dashboard.
